6月份的时候在Amazon买了一些CD,差不多1星期后本地邮局就送货上门了,唯独一张Lesiem--Auracle迟迟没收到,应该是在运输的环节弄丢了,或者是本地邮局的内部问题。
Amazon让我耐心等到8月8号。
今天发email过去说至今没收到,怎么办?
Amazon在5分钟后回复email:
Hello,
I'm sorry your shipment for "Auracle" was lost in transit.
I checked your account and confirmed that one of colleagues has already issued a refund for this lost item in the amount of $17.81.
You'll see the refund to your MasterCard in the next 2-3 business days.
One of our aims at Amazon.com is to provide a convenient and efficient service; in this case, we haven't met that standard. I'm truly sorry, and I hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
