Dear Harry,

I’m sorry to see that damage.  That’s TERRIBLE!  When it left it was absolutely like-new.
Can you take a picture of the shipping carton/box please?  I’d like to see that.
It’s probably best if I send you another M2 and you send that one back to us.  I’ll talk to Nelson Pass also.
Please listen to the M2 and see that you like it before we go to the expense of replacing it.
We’ll get this taken care of—no worries.
